Privacy Policy

ClearTitle Guide ("we," "us") publishes educational guides and calculators about auto-loan payoff, vehicle titles and lien release. This page explains what information is collected from visitors to cleartitleguide.pro.

What we collect

The site does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses or other personal information through any general form. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability purposes.

The site includes an optional state-lookup request feature. If you use it and a support address is configured, it opens your own email client with a pre-filled message; nothing is sent to a server we control through that feature. If a support address isn't configured, the feature copies the message to your clipboard instead. Either way, we only receive what you choose to send us directly by email.

Cookies and advertising

The site does not currently run advertising. If we begin showing ads through Google AdSense, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Visitors can review and adjust this at Google Ads Settings, and can opt out of personalized advertising from participating companies at the Digital Advertising Alliance. This policy will be updated with specific ad network details before any ads go live.

Third-party links

Guides link to official state DMV/title-agency sources and lender resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.

Children's privacy

This site is a general-audience resource about vehicle loans and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If how we handle visitor data changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
